At Beautylish, I worked on designing and building a Purchase Order tool that helps manage and create purchase orders for $275K/month worth of inventory globally. This tool enabled merchandising and inventory teams to communicate and work more effectively to bring on more vendors and products to the service.

Also worked on building out the Instant Refund feature, which automates the store credit issued to customers once a return is created. Order returns, are not a pleasant shopping experience on any ecommerce store, by automating the store credit issued once a package has been dropped off, it delivers a slightly better shopping experience.

Customers with Instant Refund issued, returned 45% for repeat purchases v/s 28% from regular returns.
